Following Shabbat Services on Friday, January 15th at 6:30 pm, we will watch the Israeli film, "The Syrian Bride."  This unusual love story is set in the Golan Heights and spans the Israeli-Syrian border.  The film raises questions about boundaries between countries, peoples and religions and offers a glimpse into Druze culture.  Watch the trailer below.  We will enjoy a Ben's deli platter for Shabbat dinner.
